Designing for a Diverse Climate
The landscape has been designed for both the monsoon and dry seasons. Varying levels provide areas that will remain dry living spaces during all seasons; others will flood during the monsoon and will be planted with vegetation that can withstand wet conditions. Other select areas will maintain water throughout the year, fed by filtered gray water from the buildings.

The spa suites are designed to be beautiful landscapes throughout the year, in both dry and wet conditions.

Some areas (in dark blue) will hold water throughout the year; others (medium blue) will be wet during the monsoon season; still others (lightest blue) will hold water only during the heaviest rains.
