Large Scale Masterplanning
Shillim is a 2,500 acre ecologically oriented resort in the Western Ghats near Pune, India. The program includes a spa/resort, an equestrian center, a spiritual retreat, and a conference center/institute for sustainable design. Organic farming, reforestation, and renewable energy including solar, micro-hydro, biogas, water harvesting and recycling will make this project self-sustaining.
